Engineering - Industrial Engineering Pretoria East FULL TIME Job Summary What You'll Be Doing: * Lead multiple engineering projects throughout the full project lifecycle. * Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. * Coordinate cross-functional engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams. * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. * Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and financial performance. * Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Oversee project documentation, reporting, invoicing, and governance. * Support tender submissions, project costing, and proposal development. * Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices. What We're Looking For: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. * 4–6 years' experience managing engineering or technical projects. * At least 2 years' engineering experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment. * Exposure to the full product lifecycle from concept through production would be advantageous. * Experience within the automotive, mobility, heavy equipment, defence, or specialised vehicle sectors will be highly advantageous. * Working knowledge of PMBOK or similar project management methodologies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
