Planning and Product Analyst (SSA)
Automotive - Automotive Management Sandton FULL TIME Job Summary Requirements: * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Data Management, Data Science, Commerce, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. * A postgraduate qualification such as an MBA, MBL or Honours Degree will be advantageous. * Minimum 3 years' experience in a Sales and/or After Sales environment within an OEM or importer. * Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years' experience within Dealer Sales and/or After Sales (Parts and Service) operations. * Minimum 3 years' experience in parts pricing within an OEM or importer environment. * Exposure to Sub-Saharan African markets will be advantageous. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills. * Experience using CRM systems. * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Python and Google Analytics. * Strong analytical, reporting and data interpretation skills. * Ability to formulate comprehensive product marketing plans. * Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement After Sales campaigns and promotional activities to increase Genuine Parts sales growth. * Develop, implement and manage After Sales marketing strategies and customer loyalty programmes. * Conduct regular dealer engagements and market intelligence analysis. * Monitor dealer performance and prepare performance reports. * Coordinate dealer parts incentive programmes, including target setting and incentive management. * Manage parts pricing, pricing benchmarking and profitability optimisation. * Maintain parts pricing systems and manage inflation updates. * Communicate pricing updates through Dealer Management Systems. * Provide dealer support and resolve pricing and operational queries. * Support field force teams to improve dealer performance. * Assist with pricing strategy development, forecasting and KPI reporting. * Conduct market research relating to pricing, promotional campaigns and business activities. * Analyse business data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations. * Support strategic projects within the After Sales division. * Contribute towards customer retention and market share growth initiatives.
