This role combines engineering expertise with business development, enabling you to provide innovative automation and electrical solutions that improve our customers' operational performance. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, develop technical proposals, and support customers throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial, mining, manufacturing, utilities, and process industries. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. * Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate electrical and automation solutions. * Prepare technical proposals, quotations, tenders, and cost estimates. * Promote electrical and automation products, systems, and turnkey solutions. * Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers. * Work closely with engineering and project teams to develop customised solutions. * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements. * Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. * Support project handovers and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project execution. * Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports. * Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
