Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Port Elizabeth FULL TIME Job Summary Minimum Requirements * BCom Accounting, BCom Taxation or a related qualification. * 3–5 years' taxation experience within an accounting or auditing practice. * Strong working knowledge of South African tax legislation and SARS processes. * Experience with SARS eFiling and tax software such as CaseWare. * Registered Tax Practitioner (SAIT) will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of individual, trust and corporate tax clients. * Prepare and submit income tax, provisional tax, VAT and other statutory returns. * Ensure clients remain compliant with all SARS requirements and deadlines. * Liaise directly with SARS regarding audits, verifications, objections and general tax queries. * Provide tax advice and support to clients on a range of tax-related matters. * Assist with tax planning and identify opportunities to improve tax efficiency. * Keep up to date with changes in South African tax legislation. * Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent service.
