Logistics - Logistics Sales Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Requirements: * Matric certificate. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role. * Extensive warehouse and dispatch management experience is essential. * Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, route scheduling, dispatch procedures, and logistics processes. * Experience supervising, training, and evaluating staff. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivot Tables essential), Outlook, and Internet applications. * Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport. * Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. * Knowledge of traffic regulations, safe driving practices, and operational compliance requirements. Responsibilities: * Supervise and oversee dispatch, scheduling, and coordination staff. * Assign, delegate, and monitor daily operational activities. * Ensure adequate staffing levels and operational efficiency. * Conduct employee performance evaluations and manage timesheet approvals. * Coach, mentor, and implement corrective actions where necessary. * Ensure all dispatch equipment is maintained and operational. * Oversee route scheduling and dispatching of employees and vehicles. * Ensure all assignments are completed accurately and within required timeframes. * Maintain warehouse operational records and complete reports. * Provide training and ongoing supervision to dispatch staff. * Resolve operational issues and support the Warehouse Manager with daily activities. * Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
