IT/Computer - IT Sales Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Requirements: * Matric (post-matric qualification would be an advantage). * Minimum of 2 years' experience in internal sales administration and clerical duties. * Computer literate and efficient. * Ability to work independently and proactively. * Excellent attention to detail. * High level of accuracy. * Good organisational and time management skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask in a busy office environment. Responsibilities: * Oversee and support all internal administrative duties within the branch to ensure the office operates smoothly. * Handle and allocate branch enquiries. * Process Embrace transactions, including invoicing, jobs, LPRs, OPRs and related documentation. * Compile and submit quotations as required. * Provide leads for Sales Engineers. * Provide external sales support. * Compile daily JMR figures, including daily, month-end and financial year-end reports. * Assist with consignment stock management. * Log onto the Ariba, Coupa and other customer portals daily to download new orders and allocate them to Internal Sales. * Manage branch debtors by following up on outstanding payments and reporting to the Debtors Office and Branch Manager. * Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required. * Expedite local and divisional orders. * Handle incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries. * Assist with telephone sales and branch enquiries. * Perform general clerical duties, including filing, typing and stationery administration. * Maintain the quotation register system. * Compile and submit quotations from telephone enquiries. * Compile reports as required. * Control stock of pamphlets and brochures. * Arrange seminars and seating requirements. * Ensure customer lists are maintained and kept up to date. * Update selling prices on Embrace when requested.
