Trade/Artisans/Technical - Trade/Artisan/Technical Technician East Rand CONTRACT Job Summary Requirements: * South African citizen. * Aged between 18 and 35 years. * Grade 12 / Matric Certificate. * Must be a person living with a disability (proof may be required). * Willingness and commitment to learn within a manufacturing environment. * Basic English communication skills. * Ability to follow instructions and adhere to workplace procedures. * Reliable, punctual, and eager to develop new skills. * Preference will be given to Black candidates in line with Employment Equity objectives. Responsibilities: * Participate in a structured Learnership Programme. * Operate machinery under supervision and according to training received. * Follow all safety procedures, policies, and standard operating processes. * Assist with basic machine operation tasks within the manufacturing environment. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area. * Attend and participate in all required learnership training sessions. * Demonstrate a positive attitude towards learning and development. * Comply with company rules, procedures, and workplace standards.
