We exist to make creator partnerships easy. Brands come to us to launch and run campaigns without building an internal team; creators work with us to land consistent, well-structured brand deals without losing control of their business. Behind every partnership, we handle sourcing and vetting, rate negotiation and deal structuring, timeline and deliverable management, usage rights and compliance, and long-term partnership strategy. Our founder has managed 8+ figures in brand spend and thousands of deliverables across creator audiences ranging from 100K to tens of millions of followers. The work moves fast, the standard is high, and our entire reputation rests on one promise to clients: campaigns go live quickly and run smoothly — without anyone having to chase or babysit. About the Role This role is how we keep that promise. As we scale, the founder can no longer personally drive every campaign to the finish line. We need one person who owns delivery across every active campaign — the operational engine who makes sure creators ship, brands stay informed, deadlines hold, and nothing slips through the cracks. You are the single source of truth for where every campaign and deal actually stands, and the person who builds the systems that let a lean team run more volume without sacrificing quality. This is a high-ownership operations role, not a task list. You will not wait to be told what needs doing. You will see the gap and close it, find the bottleneck no one is watching, and build the workflow that removes the problem permanently. If you do this job well, campaigns ship on time, clients never feel friction, and the business can scale without the founder in the middle of every thread.
