This role offers the opportunity to work with leading financial institutions, helping them strengthen treasury frameworks, manage financial risks, optimise balance sheet performance, and navigate a complex regulatory landscape.  As a trusted advisor and people leader, you will shape strategic solutions, lead complex engagements, and play a key role in growing a market-leading treasury risk practice.  What You'll Be Doing: * Lead the delivery of treasury and financial risk management projects from initiation through execution and completion. * Advise clients on treasury frameworks, governance, liquidity management, funding strategies, and financial risk management practices. * Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify risks, improve processes, and implement sustainable solutions. * Drive business development initiatives through proposals, market insights, thought leadership, and client engagement activities. * Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. * Support the growth and market presence of the Treasury Risk team through innovation and strategic relationship building.
