As the company scales, they are investing heavily in creator-led growth and affiliate partnerships. They are seeking a Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Growth Lead to own and scale a high-touch VIP creator program focused on driving product awareness, creator engagement, and revenue growth. Role Overview The Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Growth Lead will serve as the primary owner of a VIP creator program designed to cultivate relationships with high-performing TikTok Shop affiliates, BookTok creators, and social commerce influencers. This is not an administrative or traditional virtual assistant role. The ideal candidate is a creator-facing revenue operator who understands partnerships, affiliate growth, relationship management, and creator engagement. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities, activating creators, managing campaigns, and helping creators maximize performance through data-driven insights and ongoing support. The successful candidate will combine elements of account management, affiliate marketing, partnerships, creator relations, and growth operations into one highly impactful role.
