About the Role: Looking for a highly capable, proactive Video Editor / Social Media Marketing Editor to join a growing team. This is a hybrid role for someone who can own both content production and broader marketing execution. The ideal candidate is a strong video editor with excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage marketing systems, content workflows, and digital assets with minimal oversight. This role is best suited for someone who can take existing systems and run with them, while also helping improve and scale marketing operations. Key Responsibilities: * Edit short-form and long-form video content, including reels, podcast clips, and promotional assets * Repurpose raw video and podcast content into engaging social media outputs * Build and maintain a content calendar * Assist with newsletter creation, blog formatting, and website updates * Manage and support marketing systems and workflows * Collaborate with leadership on content strategy and execution * Help improve and automate marketing processes * Participate in meetings, communicate clearly, and contribute ideas when needed * Support CRM-based marketing activity and nurture workflows as needed Qualifications: * Strong video editing experience * Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work independently and proactively * Comfortable being on calls and communicating with internal team members * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Teachable, adaptable, and aligned with a growth mindset * Experience with marketing operations or content marketing * Familiarity with CRMs and marketing tools * Experience with AI tools such as Claude or similar platforms to improve productivity and output * Background in social media content, newsletters, and website management Nice to have:  * Developing sales and marketing automated workflows, including CRM sequence management.…
