Engineering - Mining Engineering South Africa FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily coal processing operations (crushing, screening, washing, blending) * Ensure production targets and product quality specifications are met * Enforce safety policies and conduct shift safety meetings * Lead, coach, and support plant operators and control room staff * Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime * Complete shift reports and communicate plant status during handovers Minimum Requirements: * 3+ years of coal or mineral processing experience.
