Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Debt Review Sales Consultants * Monitor sales performance, productivity, and lead conversion against targets * Conduct call monitoring and provide real-time coaching and performance feedback * Ensure effective management of allocated leads and sales pipelines * Deliver ongoing training, mentoring, and skills development initiatives * Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans * Support the onboarding and development of new consultants * Prepare performance reports and provide regular feedback to management * Ensure compliance with company processes and debt review industry regulations * Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven team culture * Travel between Pretoria and Kempton Park as operationally required Minimum Requirements * Matric (Grade 12) * Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a sales environment * At least 1–2 years' experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Sales Coaching role * Previous experience within the Debt Review or Debt Counselling industry is essential * Proven ability to lead teams and consistently achieve sales targets * Experience with lead management, conversion optimisation, and call coaching * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems * Strong understanding of sales reporting and performance management * Fluent in both Afrikaans and English * Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between Pretoria and Kempton Park Who Will Thrive in This Role?…
