IT/Computer - IT Sales Port Elizabeth FULL TIME Job Summary Requirements: * Matric (Grade 12). * Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle. * Minimum 2–3 years' B2B sales experience, preferably within pest control, hygiene services, deep cleaning, sanitary bins, facilities management, or a related industry. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business. * Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to conduct client site assessments and identify service opportunities. * Excellent communication and administrative skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Responsibilities: * Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, and related sectors. * Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits. * Conduct site inspections and recommend tailored pest control, hygiene, deep cleaning, and sanitary bin solutions. * Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and service presentations. * Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise retention and upselling opportunities. * Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service implementation. * Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry opportunities.
