Position:Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Remote: SA Work Schedule: 8am-5pm EST-Fully Remote Salary:Market Related Job Summary: Our Client is seeking experienced cold callers to join our growing real estate investment team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to homeowners and pitching them on potentially selling their properties off-market. This is a fast-paced, target-driven position that requires strong phone skills, resilience, and the ability to quickly learn and execute our unique sales approach Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to homeowners, introducing our client and gauging their interest in selling * Utilize persuasive communication techniques to move prospects through the sales funnel * Accurately log all call activity, notes, and next steps in the company CRM * Collaborate with the broader team to identify and pursue the most promising leads * Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in the face of rejection * Identify opportunities to improve the cold calling process and provide feedback to management Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in direct inside sales * 1+ year of direct real estate wholesale calling experience * Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through effective cold calling * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities * Familiarity with CRM software and dialing/call logging tools (specific tools TBD) * Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Fluency in English (additional language skills a plus)
