Learnership Application Closing Date: 25 May 2026 Learnership Locations * Ermelo, Mpumalanga * Emondlo, Vryheid, KwaZulu-Natal About the CCBSA Visual Merchandiser Learnership The Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBA) Visual Merchandiser Learnership Programme is a 12-month workplace learning opportunity aimed at equipping young people with practical commercial and merchandising skills. Learners will gain structured workplace exposure in sales, merchandising, customer service, and retail execution within the beverage industry. The programme leads to a qualification requiring a minimum of 120 credits. Key Responsibilities Successful learners will be expected to: In-Store Merchandising and Execution * Execute daily call schedules * Implement visual merchandising standards * Manage stock rotation and product displays * Ensure product visibility and availability * Complete iRED surveys and execution scorecards Customer and Sales Support * Educate customers on the MyCCBA ordering platform * Assist with promotional activities * Support customers and sales teams Operational Support * Provide relief support when required * Assist with maintaining brand standards * Work closely with Account Developers and Sales Teams Minimum Requirements Applicants must have: * Grade 12 / Matric * Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy with minimum 40% * English and a second language with minimum 40% * South African citizenship * Be between 18 and 35 years old * Be unemployed at the time of appointment * Be available to work six days per week Additional Requirements Candidates must: * Have no criminal or adverse credit record * Consent to criminal, ID, and qualification verification * Not be studying full-time or enrolled in another learnership * Not have previously completed the same learnership qualification A Driver’s Licence and post-matric qualification in Sales & Marketing will be advantageous.
