The Independent Sales Agent drives regional sales growth, connects local customers with our product offerings, and acts as the face of our brand in the East London area. Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement: Proactively identify, approach, and build relationships with potential customers across East London to introduce our product range.
• Product Expertise: Provide accurate, enthusiastic information regarding product features, current promotions, and value propositions.
• Sales & Consultations: Identify specific customer needs and suggest suitable products, guiding prospects smoothly from initial inquiry to final purchase.
• Order Processing: Efficiently manage customer purchases, orders, and returns using our digital sales/POS tools.
• Market Presence: Maintain a professional brand image during all client interactions and represent the company positively in the local market.
• Pipeline Management: Track local stock availability and coordinate with the main team to ensure seamless product delivery to your clients.
• Targets & Standards: Strive to meet and exceed independent sales targets while upholding high customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
