ABOUT THE ROLE
The Operations Associate (OA) plays a critical role in supporting Client’s Client
Solutions team by ensuring seamless project setup, fieldwork execution, and closure across
trackers, ad hoc projects, and vendor coordination. Our north star is Done in Full On Time
(DIFOT) and is a guiding standard across our client delivery. This role is for detail-oriented
entry-level professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Core Competencies
1. Navigator Platform Knowledge & Proficiency:
Operate and leverage proprietary market research software platforms to manage project
workflows, automate processes, and ensure quality control - with a curious mindset toward
exploring new efficiencies and innovations within the system.
2. Project Setup and Closure:
Manage project setup and closure tasks with accuracy, adopting workflows to enhance speed
and consistency across Navigator platform and DIY tools.
3. Process / Workflow Adherence:
Follow established organizational procedures and standardized workflows to ensure accuracy,
maintain data integrity, and minimize errors - balanced with the ability to identify and test
thoughtful improvements when client or project needs call for it.
4. Vendor Management:
Act as a primary point of contact for external vendors, facilitating communication, managing
project logistics, and ensuring that all third-party services meet quality and compliance
standards — while adapting and innovating to resolve unexpected challenges or improve
Collaboration.

* Strong attention to detail and process ownership
* Ability to independently manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
* Skilled with client and vendor communication
* Quick learner with technical tools (Navigator, DIY Survey Platforms)
* Team-oriented, responsive, and reliable for weekend coverage rotations
* Market research, demographic/profiling, consumer behavior, insights experience experience are a PLUS
