Job Summary
Job Title: Branch Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Sales Management:
Develop and maintain sales strategies; Meet branch targets; Monitor sales performance; Client Negotiations and Relationship Building
+ Service Management:
Co-ordination between production, packing and logistics teams; Ensure that orders are processed and delivered on schedule; Resolve customer queries and complaints
+ Safety Management:
Compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety regulations; Ensure all employees wear PPE and follow safe operational procedures; Conduct safety audits and report incidents
+ Quality Control:
Oversee quality control processes, in production and packing; The product is manufactured, handled and stored according to standards
* Staff Management
Supervise, motivate and develop staff; Conduct staff meetings, training and performance reviews; Enforce discipline, attendance and company policies
