Responsibilities: * Full Lifecycle Implementation: Manage analysis, design, deployment, training, and ongoing support. * Process Mapping: Analyze customer information flows between systems and manual processes. * Efficiency Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and eliminate manual data intervention or duplicated efforts. * Strategic Re-engineering: Design practical, efficient operational workflows underpinned by ERP technology. Minimum Requirements: * Education: B.Com Finance (minimum) or an equivalent Bachelor’s degree. * Experience: 3–5 years in Finance or Audit. * Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Microsoft SQL knowledge is a significant advantage. * ERP Expertise: Prior experience with full-cycle ERP implementation is highly advantageous.
