Job Summary
Simplified Automation Solutions is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
-Stock control
-Preparing stock for jobs
-Capturing data on ERP system
-Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
-Ordering and procurement support
-Filing and document management
-Managing incoming calls and correspondence
-Preparing and sending quotations
-Month-end administrative tasks
-Taking and compiling meeting minutes
-Managing high volumes of emails -Communicating daily with clients and suppliers
-General ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
-Matric (Grade 12)
-Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
-Based in Benoni or surrounding areas
-Valid driver’s license
-Own reliable transport
-Strong administrative and organizational skills
-Experience with ERP systems -Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
-Able to work under pressure
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00
Salary: Will be based on experience
