Automotive - Automotive Sales Hermanus FULL TIME Job Summary Role:  Qualified Mechanic Location:  Hermanus, Overstrand, Western Cape   Salary:  TBC Requirements: * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a qualified mechanic within a workshop environment * “Red Seal” qualification or similar trade certification will be advantageous * Strong technical and mechanical knowledge * Good communication skills * Excellent organisational and time management skills * Valid driver’s licence * Computer literacy and experience with workshop administration * Proactive, with the ability to take initiative Personal Attributes: * Professional and customer-focused * Reliable and responsible * Results-driven with attention to detail Key Responsibilities: * Carry out vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard * Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes * Maintain quality control and uphold workshop standards * Assist with general workshop administration where required * Support a smooth workflow within the workshop environment * Engage with customers where needed regarding repairs and feedback * Adhere to all safety procedures and workshop policies A 3-month probation period will apply.
