Engineering - Civil Engineering Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Job Description: * Produce accurate rebar layouts and schedules from design info and drawings provided by others * Use software like Revit, AutoCAD, or specialized rebar programs to create 2D/3D models and layouts * Perform accurate material take – offs and estimate total reinforcing steel quantities * Review rebar layouts and schedules to ensure compliance * Ensure project deadlines are met by managing time efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work Requirements: * 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally at an engineering firm within the structural division * Proficient in MS Office suite * Working knowledge and experience with the Rebar scheduling code: SANS 282 * Ability to work in compliance with ISO 9001 QMS System * Strong proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Driver’s license and own vehicle Qualification: * Grade 12 Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
