Job Summary
My client is seeking a commercially sharp, people‑focused sales leader to drive revenue growth while building and coaching a motivated sales team.
This is a dual‑focus role:
Leading, coaching, and performance‑managing a team of sales professionals
Personally managing a portfolio of high‑value strategic accounts
The role requires someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, enjoys being close to the numbers, and knows how to balance strategy with execution. You’ll work with structured sales methodologies, strong reporting discipline, and a culture that rewards ownership and results.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience leading and motivating a sales team
Strong background in B2B sales, digital sales, or strategic account management
Comfortable being both a people manager and an individual contributor
Data‑driven mindset with solid CRM and reporting discipline
Confident communicator who can build executive‑level client relationships
High emotional intelligence and a coaching‑first leadership style
Qualification:
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) required
Tertiary qualification advantageous
