The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. The Specialist Accountant will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as financial reporting and analysis. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records, reports, and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. 2. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including billing, invoicing, and collections. 3. Perform budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support company objectives. 4. Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow statements, and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs. 5. Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to management. 6. Assist with the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and strategic planning. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. 9. Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance. 10. Perform ad-hoc financial projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. CPA or CMA certification preferred. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. 4. Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. 5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. 8. Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
