Description:
Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an HR Manager to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape. You will be responsible for leading the HR function to support business objectives through effective people management, compliance and organisational development.
Responsibilities:
* Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Manage and lead the HR function, ensuring effective service delivery and team performance.
* Provide guidance on employee relations, including union engagement and disciplinary matters.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and talent management processes.
* Drive performance management, training and employee development initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with labour legislation, policies and internal standards.
* Manage HR reporting, data systems and key people metrics.
* Support employee engagement and communication across the organisation.
Requirements:
* Grade 12
* BCom Degree in HR Management or equivalent
* 10 years' experience within the mining industry with minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Manager
* Strong knowledge of HR systems
* Extensive knowledge of labour legislation and dispute resolution processes (CCMA)
* Preference will be given to candidates residing or previously worked within the Northern Cape
