Key Responsibilities: * Set up and operate pressing machines according to production requirements * Monitor machine performance to ensure safe and efficient output * Inspect finished products to meet quality standards * Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment * Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards * Assist with material handling and other duties as required Skills and Requirements: * Physical strength and ability to perform manual labour * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team * Good communication skills * Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures * Problem‑solving ability and willingness to adapt to changing demands Minimum Requirements: * Grade 12 * Ability to read, write, and speak English * Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required * Basic understanding of safety protocols * Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends Be part of a team that keeps production moving safely and efficiently.
