Job Summary
What You'll Do:
Build, manage, and refine revenue‑driven PPC campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms
Take ownership of budget allocation, ensuring spend translates into measurable sales performance
Continuously analyse data to identify optimisation opportunities and performance gaps
Test and iterate on keywords, audiences, creatives, landing pages and offers
Track conversions end‑to‑end and evaluate campaign success using ROI‑focused metrics
Proactively recommend new tactics, channels, and approaches to improve results
Produce clear, concise performance insights that support smarter decision‑making
What You'll Need:
Proven hands‑on experience managing ROI‑focused PPC campaigns
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and paid social advertising platforms
Confidence working with analytics, conversion tracking, and performance dashboards
A commercial mindset – you optimise for revenue, not vanity metrics
A structured, detail‑driven approach to managing spend and performance
Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in testing and improvement
