Employer: SHR Duties: * Oversee, manage and take responsibility for the project, site and all sub-contractors * Manage and coordinate all site activities * Drive timelines and project schedule for timeous completion * Manage budget and budget reports * Proactively identify delays and implement corrective measures * Maintain firm control of the critical path and sequencing * Be the Liaison and communicate with and between the Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Engineers, consultants and the client. Lead meetings * Work closely with the QS to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting, proper management of variations, and alignment between budget and program * Review subcontractor pricing, claims, and valuations * Lead and manage subcontractors * Quality control * Maintain and enforce company building standards * Ensure quality of finishes * Manage snag list properly ensuring quality * Health, Safety & Compliance: * Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and site safety                                                                          requirements * Report directly to the Directors on program progress, budget and cost status, and risks, delays, and solutions
