Employer: The Caretakers 1. Site Management & Operations Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure work aligns with architectural plans and retail brand standards. Manage a multidisciplinary team (plumbers, Ceiling and Partition ,Builders , tilers, and general laborers). Enforce strict Health and Safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident site. Conduct site inspections to verify the quality of work, particularly for high-visibility retail finishes like flooring, Walls , Ceilings , Plumbing 2. Project Coordination Develop and manage the project timeline, ensuring all phases (from demolition to "white box" or final fit-out) meet the client's deadline. Coordinate the delivery of materials to prevent site downtime. Act as the primary point of contact between the Shop and Management Schedule and lead weekly progress meetings to address bottlenecks or plan adjustments.
