Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing:
Taking full ownership of paid search accounts, from setup to ongoing optimisation
Improving campaign efficiency through continuous testing, optimisation, and refinement
Interpreting performance data to uncover insights, trends, and growth opportunities
Presenting performance results and strategic recommendations clearly to clients
Writing high‑impact ad messaging aligned to performance goals
Managing and forecasting budgets with ROI as the primary success metric
Using analytics and first‑party data to guide smarter decision‑making
Balancing multiple accounts and priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
What We're Looking For:
At least 2+ years’ experience managing Google Ads accounts independently
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Ads Editor, and Business Profiles
Google Ads certification (required)
Confident handling budgets, performance analysis, and optimisation strategies
Comfortable working with CRM data and understanding conversion pipelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills when engaging with clients
Naturally analytical, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused
Able to stay calm, structured, and effective under pressure
Experience with Microsoft Ads is advantageous, but not essentialWhy This Opportunity:
