Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Strategic Ownership: Architecting a unified B2B approach that bridges brand perception with hard commercial targets and go-to-market velocity
Commercial Activation: Orchestrating the full mix—brand storytelling, product launches, field enablement, and partner ecosystems—to ensure every activity ladders up to revenue
Lifecycle Focus: Implementing programs that don't just acquire logos but deepen engagement, streamline onboarding, and expand lifetime value
Data Rigor: Installing a measurement framework that tracks ROI with the same precision as brand health, ensuring the business understands the 'why' behind every result
Leadership & Influence: Nurturing a team culture of high trust and accountability while navigating a matrixed environment with Sales, Product, and Data peers
Skills & Experience (Not Negotiable)
8+ years in the marketing field, with a significant portion spent navigating complex B2B landscapes
5+ years of evidence showing you've grown teams and capabilities, not just managed tasks
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing significant marketing budgets to drive measurable ROI
Ability to operate in ambiguity, building structure out of complexity
Advanced analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business decisions
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment
