Responsibilities: * Coordinate and administer training and development initiatives in line with organisational needs. * Ensure compliance with relevant HR and training legislation and standards. * Maintain accurate training records and support audit and reporting requirements. * Coordinate learnerships, apprenticeships and skills development programmes. * Support HR and operational teams on training and development matters. * Contribute to employee development and organisational skills capacity. * Ensure adherence to safety, quality and company policies.
