What You Will Learn
Customer Service Skills
* Assist customers via calls and digital channels
* Provide support on money transfers
* Deliver professional and helpful service
Technical & System Skills
* Use tools like Zendesk for customer support
* Manage tickets and service requests
* Learn digital customer service systems
Fintech & Compliance Knowledge
* Understand money transfer processes
* Learn compliance basics such as FICA
* Assist with account creation and onboarding
Professional Development
* Time management and multitasking
* Communication across cultures and languages
* Problem-solving in high-pressure environments
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries and requests
* Support money transfer services
* Escalate and follow up on issues
* Assist with onboarding and account setup

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
* Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
* Good communication skills in English and one of the following:
+ Chewa
+ Mozambican Portuguese
+ Mandarin
+ Bengali
+ Sotho
+ Bemba
+ Shona
+ Urdu
* Basic computer skills
* Passion for customer service
Advantageous Skills
* Previous customer service experience (even informal)
* Strong listening and communication skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Work Environment
* Office-based or remote/work-from-home opportunities
* Must have reliable internet and a suitable work environment if remote
