Role Overview
Lead IDM projects from conception to post-deployment, ensuring delivery of business outcomes. You will manage projects end-to-end, including gathering requirements, planning, execution, and post-deployment monitoring. The role requires adaptability, as you may sometimes take on analysis and solution design in the absence of dedicated BAs or POs.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and analyse business requirements, including process mapping, needs analysis, and solution documentation.
* Develop project plans including scope, timelines, risk assessment, dependencies, and cost-benefit analysis.
* Lead cross-functional project teams, liaising with developers, QA, trainers, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure all stakeholders are accountable to project commitments.
* Communicate updates, risks, and project outcomes regularly.
* Drive implementation and adoption through effective change management.
* Monitor post-deployment performance, collect feedback, and report impact.
* Handover projects efficiently to maintain team capacity and workflow.
Requirements / Must-Have
* 2+ years proven experience managing projects end-to-end in a technical or data-driven environment.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Degree in finance, technology, or related field.
* Experience creating project documentation, reports, and procedures.
* Ability to adapt quickly and take on business analysis when required.
* Proven experience working in an Agile delivery environment (Scrum/Kanban).
* Ability to balance Agile delivery with project governance, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Desirable / Advantageous
* PMI or Scrum Master certification.
* Leadership experience.
