Seeking HR Coordinator for Permanent Management role in Limpopo.
HR Co-ordinator
Reporting to: HR ManagerSeniority Level: ManagementRegion: SA - Limpopo
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Labour Management and Recruitment Support
* Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes
* HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage databases, and prepare HR documents
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations
* Employee Relations: Handle inquiries, support conflict resolution, foster workplace culture
* Training & Development: Coordinate programs, track progress, support performance management
* Benefits Administration: Assist with enrolment, updates, and employee queries
* Health & Safety: Collaborate to promote safety and well-being culture
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
* Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* 5-10 years HR operations experience in mining, construction or similar
* 3 years leadership experience
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
