Job Summary
About the roleTo provide administrative support to the school management team and ensure efficient daily operations of learner records, communication, and office coordination.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain learner registration files and update records
* Capture attendance for learners and staff
* Assist with admission and enrolment processes
* Prepare letters, forms, and school communication to parents
* Manage filing systems (physical and digital)
* Support timetable coordination and classroom allocations
* Assist in organising meetings, events, and school programmes
* Handle reception duties (answering calls, welcoming visitors)
* Maintain inventory records for school resources
* Assist with reporting to the Department of Education where required

Minimum Requirements
* South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
* Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
* Matric.
* Qualification in Public Management / Office Administration / Education Support
* Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email)
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work with learners, parents, and staff professionally
