Job Title: CRM Retention Agent
Location: Johannesburg (CBD)
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Retention Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with existing customers, improving retention, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Review tenants’ payment history and vacate reasons to assess retention opportunities
+ Engage with vacating tenants through inbound and outbound calls
+ Negotiate lease renewals by promoting specials, available units, and services
+ Facilitate tenant transfers and ensure smooth process completion
+ Record and document customer concerns and reasons for vacating
+ Provide first-line support on the CRM property management system
+ Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and improve service delivery
+ Monitor and report on adherence to customer service initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
+ NQF level 4 essential
+ 1 year experience in sales or retention or similar essential
