Job Summary
About the roleProvide administrative and operational support across the business, Ensure coordination between office, workshop, and site teams.
Responsibilities:
* Document control and filing systems.
* Project and tender administration.
* Procurement support and supplier coordination.
* Basic financial administration (quotes & invoices).
* Team coordination and communication.
Training & Development
* Month 1: Office systems and document control.
* Month 2: Procurement and tender support.
* Week 3 onwards: Pricing, quotes, invoicing exposure.
* Months 3–6: Full admin responsibility and reporting.
Systems & Tools
* Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Shared drives / document systems.
* Tender portals.
* Basic accounting tools.
