The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient administration of customer services and general administrative functions across Facility Operations, including CryoEase Processes, Cylinder Production and Distribution, Engineering Services, and SHERQ, while providing comprehensive administrative support for the Facility. The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
1. Efficient management of the order-to-receipt process for customer orders.
2. Delivery of exceptional customer service and support.
3. Oversight and control of stock inventory to ensure availability and accuracy.
4. Execution of purchasing activities, including supplier coordination and procurement.
5. Administrative support to SHERQ, Engineering, Debtors, Production, and Distribution teams.
6. Accurate and timely completion of month-end processes.
