This position involves overseeing the daily operation and preventive maintenance of ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems, supporting fault-finding and repairs, ensuring accurate reporting on maintenance activities and downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis. You will also play a key role in safety compliance and contributing to overall plant reliability and operational performance.
