JOB DESCRIPTION
The basic duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Meet and exceed sales targets as set out by the Company monthly and annually.
+ Effectively maintain excellent, strong, sustainable relationships with existing current clients, call on clients every day, and cultivate an exceptional customer service experience with each one.
+ Call on at least 6 customers daily, present all sales proposals to the Sales Manager.
+ Report sales figures and SWOT analysis to Sales Manager daily and weekly.
+ Procure and specify project sales, follow up regularly on projects. Be actively involved from inception.
+ Ensure that your product knowledge and training is exemplary and up to date, that you present new products to clients and secure additional sales, and that you keep up to date with competitor offerings and market trends.
+ Ensure that your time organisation system is updated faithfully in real time.
+ Set appointments and keep your diary up to date at all times.
+ Ensure that administration is completed and submitted accurately and effectively, (sales reports, catalogue distribution, etc.) by their due dates, or sooner.
+ Communicate important client feedback and market information to the Sales Manager.
+ At all times provide clients with excellent service and support and ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and timeously.
+ Manage the distribution of marketing material (catalogues etc.) appropriately.
+ Attend meetings where necessary and required, effectively and timeously process a high volume of emails, product orders, take phone calls from customers.
+ Keep and stay motivated, enthusiastic, committed and present, as this improves sales and customer service. Ensure that you are always productive, learning and growing.
+ Always be productive, learning and growing. Know, abide by and follow the Company policies and procedures at all times.
+ Recommend talented employees in the market for future employment with the Company.
+ General duties and ad hoc tasks, projects and requests when required.
