We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join our team in Lynnwood, Pretoria. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insolvency processes and be capable of managing estates independently from start to finalization. This role requires a high level of accuracy, accountability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of 10 years’ experience in insolvency administration
* Proven ability to compile and manage L&D Accounts
* Demonstrated experience administering estates independently
* Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and processes
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Advantageous
* Relevant legal or financial qualification
* Experience working with insolvency software systems
DUTIES:
* Independently administer insolvency estates from inception to finalisation
* Prepare and manage Liquidation & Distribution (L&D) Accounts
* Handle all statutory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
* Liaise with creditors, debtors, attorneys, and other stakeholders
* Draft and submit required documentation to the Master of the High Court
* Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met
* Maintain accurate records and reports for each estate
Requires regular travel to project sites across South Africa (and occasionally Africa)
