Job Summary
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Overseeing daily distribution and delivery operations
* Coordinating with drivers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders
* Managing inventory accuracy, stock takes, and variance investigations
* Monitoring damaged, expired, or missing stock and resolving discrepancies
* Supervising warehouse activities (receiving, storage, packing, dispatch)
* Handling imports, documentation, and compliance with customs regulations
* Maintaining accurate data across ERP systems (e.g. Sage / SAP)
* Managing stock transfers and system updates
* Supporting audits and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
* Leading and guiding teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What we’re looking for:
* Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics (or similar)
* ±2–4 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory supervision
* Strong working knowledge of stock control and distribution processes
* Experience with ERP systems (Sage, SAP or similar)
* Confident in handling imports, documentation, and compliance requirements
