Professions - Agriculture/Fisheries/Aquaculturist East London FULL TIME Job Summary Minimum Skills and Requirements:  * Completed Matric * BCom General, Business Management or similar qualification - a must * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook * Previous experience in the agricultural industry would be high advantageous to the role * A valid drivers' license is essential * Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently * Proactive and self-motivated * Patient, calm and tolerant in challenging situations Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to; * Provide effective technical and operational support to dealers, ensuring timely resolution of product‑related queries and issues * Conduct diagnostics and fault finding on agricultural machinery, identifying problems and recommending appropriate solutions * Support the sales and dealer teams during machine demonstrations, product training sessions, and customer handovers * Assist with the commissioning and handover of machines, ensuring customers receive clear product explanations and usage guidance * Act as a technical liaison between dealers, sales staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution * Maintain accurate administrative records, reports, and documentation related to product support and dealer interactions * Provide basic product and demo training to dealers and internal staff when required * Support after‑sales activities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction * Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned by management Kempston Recruitment Recruiter
