Automotive - Automotive Technician Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Description: * Manage the full finance and insurance function within the dealership * Structure finance deals and present options to customers * Ensure all deals are compliant with relevant legislation and company policies * Maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers * Accurately complete and submit all finance applications and documentation * Maximise F&I profitability through effective product sales (e.g. warranties, service plans, insurance) * Ensure a smooth handover process between sales and F&I * Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction * Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements * Maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative duties are completed timeously Requirements: * Grade 12 (Matric) * Relevant F&I qualifications and accreditations (RE5, CPD, NCA, etc.) * Proven experience as an F&I Business Manager within a motor dealership * Valid driver’s licence * Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products within the motor industry * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * High attention to detail and strong administrative abilities * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets * Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements Preferred Skills: * Strong relationship-building abilities * Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach * Professional and well-presented Start Date: As soon as possible Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
