Key Performance Areas
+ Installation & Setup
- Install, configure, and test alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and related security devices.
- Ensure proper wiring, programming, and integration with monitoring systems.
+ Maintenance & Repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and perform corrective repairs efficiently.
- Replace defective components and update system software when required.
+ Client Support & Service
- Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage.
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong client relationships through reliable service delivery.
+ Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure installations comply with industry regulations and company standards.
- Complete job cards, service reports, and documentation accurately.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
