Golf Coordinator: GeorgeOur client is on a recruitment drive for a Golf Coordinator to join their team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day coordination administration and delivery of golf operations. Ther ole focuses on providing exceptional service to members, guests, and corporate clients while ensuring the efficient management of bookings, tournaments golf days, member services, marketing support and cross-departmental operational coordination. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Daily Golf OperationsManage tee times, bookings amendments, and cancellations through all booking platformsPrepare and maintain tee sheets to optimise golfer flow capacity and pace of playAdminister the annual golf events calendar and ensure accurate schedulingCoordinate golf cart allocations and availability during peak periodsMonitor pace of play in conjunction with marshals and the Pro ShopWelcome members visitors, and groups in a professional and service-oriented mannerhandle daily enquiries via telephone, email, m3ssaging platforms, and in personTournament and Golf Day ManagementPlan, organise and execute member, corporate, league, and committee golf daysmanage events contracts invoicing payment follow-ups and reconciliationscoordinate event logistics including registrations, tee sheets carts, signage, sponsorships, and prize-givingPrepare scorecards, draws, pairings, and results documentationAssist with prize presentations and post-event administrationGroup and Corporate BookingsManage group and corporate bookings including pricing, communication,, invoicing,, and on-day coordinationConsult with clients regarding formatts, catering, branding and sponsorship requirementsAdminister vouchers, promotional packages, and corporate agreementsMember & Guest Services:Serve as the first point of contact for all golf-related enquiriesBuild and maintain strong relationships with members and guestsAdminister memberships,, onboarding, invoicing,, and databse a...
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience in golf club, operations, hospitality,, events, or customer service
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer literacy and experience with booking or club management systems
* Knowledge of golf operations, handicaps, and tournament formats advantageous
* Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and event days as required
