This role focuses on driving brand awareness, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring consistent, high-quality marketing across all channels. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and annual plansPlan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social platformsEnsure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpointsWork closely with the Branding & Optimisation Manager to maintain brand identityCoordinate with agencies, suppliers, and freelancers to produce marketing collateralSupport sales initiatives to maximise occupancy and revenueAnalyse market trends and competitor activityAttend trade shows, sales calls, and training sessionsAssist with contracting and rate distribution Requirements Experience & Qualifications * 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within luxury hospitality or 5-star environments * Strong background in marketing * Relevant qualification in Marketing or related field Technical Skills * Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, content, search, analytics) * Experience with market analysis, benchmarking, and reporting * Ability to develop and implement sales & marketing strategies * Financial acumen and understanding of revenue drivers * Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools * Experience managing websites and advertising channels * Strong network within the travel or hospitality industry (advantageous) Personal Attributes * Strong communication and organizational skills * High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Professional, presentable, and relationship-driven * High levels of integrity and confidentiality * Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
