Job Summary
Minimum Requirements
* Proven cooking experience (minimum 2+ years preferred)
* Experience working in a commercial kitchen or food service environment
* Ability to manage a kitchen independently
* Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
* Reliable, responsible, and well-organised
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
* Resides in or near Milnerton, Cape Town
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook meals according to set standards and recipes
* Take full charge of the kitchen operations at the filling station
* Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Manage kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Maintain efficient kitchen workflow and time management
