Logistics - Logistics Sales Durban FULL TIME Job Summary Mandatory Requirements Applications will only be considered if ALL of the following are met: * Minimum 3–5 years in freight forwarding (estimator / pricing / internal sales) * Proficiency in CargoWise One * Strong, practical application of Incoterms * Solid knowledge of import/export processes, customs, and port procedures * Understanding of global trade routes and carrier options * Ability to cost shipments end‑to‑end (origin → freight → destination) * Independent worker with minimal supervision Core Competencies Candidates must be able to: * Prepare complete freight quotations (all cost components included) * Apply Incoterms correctly in pricing * Calculate airfreight chargeable weight & sea freight CBM * Perform basic currency conversion and margin application * Understand container utilization (20FT / 40FT / HC) * Identify suitable shipping lines / airlines per trade lane * Manage multiple RFQs under pressure  Ideal Candidate Profile * Direct freight forwarding background * Hands‑on quoting experience (not just support) * Strong commercial awareness (pricing + margins) * Full understanding of shipment lifecycle (estimate → delivery) * Candidates must demonstrate strong, practical knowledge of pricing, Incoterms, and end‑to‑end shipment processes from day one.
